Hello Pretty Love offers exclusively digital products — downloadable guides, e-books, and self-love resources. Because of the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.

Our 3-Day Goodwill Window

We believe in showing up with grace. If you experience any of the following within 3 days of your purchase, please reach out:

You did not receive your download link via email
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
You were charged more than once for the same product
A technical error prevented access to your purchase

Requests made after 3 days, or for reasons related to personal preference (e.g., "I changed my mind"), will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Review

Your full name and email used at checkout
Order number or payment reference
A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
